Easy quote, fast estimate, came quickly, job done in a day with very pleasant staff who were very polite and efficient. Reminders the day before. Only slight annoyance was another reminder that morning that they were coming at 8am but didn't turn up till just after 9am. This may just be for me as I have issues sleeping and I did have to get up for this having not manage to get to sleep till 6am. So an hour early was tough. But they apologised.
